1. COMPANY SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate Degree holder from a recognized University and (ii) An Associate/ Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience.
Desirable: Degree in Law/ Management/ Accounting from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 48 years
Pay Scale: Rs.32900-58000/-
2. DEPUTY MANAGER (TAX)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC/ST)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate Degree holder from a recognized University and ii) ICAI/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance).
Experience: Minimum 08 years of post qualification experience in dealing with all areas of Direct taxes like managing assessments, TDS, Advance tax, Tax returns, developing an effective tax strategy.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500/-
The candidates selected for the post will be on probation for a period of one year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
