1. PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-I
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mining Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 08/06/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15000/- per month.
2. PROJECT ASSISTANT LEVEL-II
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Mining Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
OR
M.Sc/ M.Sc (Tech) in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Chemistry with minimum 55% marks.
OR
M.Sc in Chemistry/ Environmental Science with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 08/06/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of six (06) months/ one (01) year, which may be extended for maximum five (05) years. The vacancies are under the following Projects:-
i) Scientific Investigation and advice for improvement in ventilation of Mochia and Balaria Mines.
ii) Monitoring of strata movement by BHE.
iii) Development of guidelines for prevention & mitigation of explosion hazard by risk assessment and determination of explosibility of Indian coal incorporating risk based mine emergency evacuation and re-entry protocol.
iv) Development of Nanomaterial from Biological matters from decontamination of water.
v) Treatment of acid mine water to make it suitable for agriculture use.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview. The Interview will be held on 08/06/2018 at 10:30 am in Barwa Road Campus, Dhanbad. The candidates should bring the print out of Online Application Form along with copies of certificates.
