1. SENIOR LAW OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Seven years’ experience at bar.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 22/01/2019.
2. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (PLANNING)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/ Sociology/ Economics from a recognized University/ Institute or equivalent.
ii) Post graduation in Planning with specialization in any of the field of Town/ City/ Urban/ Housing/ Transport/ Environmental Planning from a recognized University/ Institute or equivalent.
Experience: At least 05 years of experience.
Desirable: i) Degree/ Diploma in Geographic Information System (GIS)/ Geo-Informatics or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners (India).

3. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ARCH.)

Educational Qualification: i) Master of Architecture in Urban Design or Conservation or Landscape or Building Engineer.
ii) Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
iii) Membership of the Council of Architecture.
Experience: At least 05 years of experience.
Desirable: Associate Membership of the Indian Institute of Architects or equivalent.

4. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (PLANNING)

6. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (SYSTEM)

Educational Qualification: i) M. E/ M. Tech. in Computer Science/ IT with 1st class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from recognised University/ Institution.
OR
ii) B.E./ B. Tech./ M.Sc. in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with 1st class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from recognized University/ Institution and with one year experience in relevant field.

7. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (MINS.)

Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel, HR, Industrial Relation, Real Estate/ Urban Management, Finance; Marketing.
Note: Specialization will be considered only when a candidate has passed minimum 06 papers/ courses in the field.

8. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS)/ ICWA/ Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution.

15. NAIB TEHSILDAR

ii) Possession of Degree in Law would be an added advantage.

16. ASSISTANT SECTION OFFICER

17. SURVEYOR

18. STENOGRAPHER GRADE ‘D’
No. of Vacancies: 20 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th class pass or equivalent from recognized Board/ University.
Desirable: Preference to be given to such candidates who have acquired Diploma in Office Management & Secretarial Practice from any recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 22/01/2019.
19. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (LANDSCAPE)
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduation Diploma in Land Scape Architecture.
ii) a) Degree in Architecture from recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
OR
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Botany or Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: At least one year experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 22/01/2019.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of two years.
Candidates selected for the post of Naib Tehsildar will initially undergo Training and on successful completion of the training the candidates will be placed on Probation.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination, Computer Proficiency Test, Skill Test, Documents Verification and Interview wherever applicable. The Online Examination, Computer Proficiency Test and Skill Test will be held at the centers located in Delhi/ NCR only.
