1. SENIOR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR (STS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate Degree (B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com) from any recognized University with at least 50% marks.
OR
Govt. recognized/ affiliated Sanitary Inspector Course of at least two years.
ii) Permanent two wheeler driving licence and should be able to drive two wheeler.
iii) Minimum two (02) months Certificate course in Computer Operation.
Preferential:
i) Tubersulosis Health Visitor course.
ii) Govt. recognized Degree/ Diploma in Social Work.
iii) Govt. recognized basic training course for Multipurpose worker.
iv) Permanent residents of Jhargram district.
Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in Health related activities specially RNTCP/ related to Tuberculosis.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.
2. DISTRICT FINANCE & LOGISTICS OFFICER (DFLO)

Educational Qualification: Inter CA/ Inter ICWA/ M.Com or MBA (Finance/ Material Management) with knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: i) At least 03 years experience for accounting including analysis financial reporting Budgeting Financial Software & Reporting system.
ii) Experience of working in Health Care Finincing/ National Health Account.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22700/- per month.
3. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (QUALITY ASSURANCE)

Educational Qualification: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Master’s in Hospital Administration/ Health Management.
Experience: Two years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration.
Desirable: i) Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ ISO 9001-2008/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen would be preferred.
ii) Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.

5. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (QUALITY MONITORING)

Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics from a recognized University.
Desirable: i) Specialization in Biostatics would be an added advantage.
ii) Previous work experience of Health/ Hospital would be preferred.
