1. SENIOR MANAGER (COMPANY SECRETARY)

Educational Qualification: Graduate and Associate/ Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Experience: Should have 10 years of post qualification experience.
Desirable: Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognised University.

Desirable: i) One year experience of translation of procedural and Non- procedural literatures from Hindi to English and vice versa.
ii) Candidate should have knowledge of Konkani and Marathi languages.

For the post of Diploma Trainee the selected candidate will on training for a period of one year extendable by another one year. During the training period, candidate will be paid a stipend of Rs.8000/- per month during the 1st year and Rs.8500/- per month during the 2nd year if training is extended for 2nd year.
For the above posts candidates will be appointed on Regular basis/ Fixed Term basis for a period of three (03) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
