I. STATE LEVEL (SIFPSA HQ, LUCKNOW)
1. PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/ Social Work/ Public Health/ Development Studies/ Business Management or other related field from a reputed institution.
Experience: At least 06 years of experience in social marketing and social franchising of family planning and reproductive health services.
Age Limit: Below 45 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60000/- per month.
2. CAPACITY BUILDING OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/ Social Work/ Public Health/ Development Studies/ Business Management or other related field from a reputed institution.
Experience: At least 05 years of experience in design, development and conducting workshops and training sessions on social marketing and social franchising organizations engaged in family planning and reproductive health services.
Candidates having exposure in the field of IEC such as development of communication plans and IEC materials would be given preference.
Age Limit: Below 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 50000/- per month.
3. ACCOUNTS OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.Com (Hons.)/ M.Com from a recognized university or institute.
ii) Knowledge of computerized accounting packages Tally & MS Office is essential.
Experience: At least 05 years of experience in accounts data management in public sector.
Age Limit: Below 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 40000/- per month.
4. COMPUTER OPERATOR CUM DATA ANALYST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline.
ii) At least one year diploma in computer application is essential.
Experience: At least 03 years of experience of health data management and analysis.
Age Limit: Below 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 30000/- per month.

Experience: At least 05 years of experience in accounts data management in public sector.

7. COMPUTER OPERATOR CUM DATA ANALYST

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: At least 02 years of experience of health data management and analysis.
Age Limit: Below 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25000/- per month.
