Educational Qualification: Masters’ Degree in Life Sciences / Forestry/ Environmental Sciences/ Statistics/ Zoology/Botany/ Agriculture or related fields with at least 03 years experience.
OR Ph.D. in any of the above fields.
Age Limit: Maximum 34 years as on 20.06.2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 54,000/- per month.
2. PROJECT SCIENTIST (RS & GIS)

Educational Qualification: Masters’ Degree in Geoinformatics/ Geography/ Geology/ Computer Applications or related fields with at least 03 years experience.
OR Ph.D. in any of the above fields.

3. PROJECT SCIENTIST (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT)

Educational Qualification: Masters’ Degree in Sustainable development or related fields with at least 03 years experience.
OR Ph.D. in the above field.
Age Limit: Maximum 34 years as on 20.06.2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 54,000/- per month.
4. PROJECT FELLOW (ECOLOGY)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Masters’ Degree in Wildlife Science/ Botany/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Life Science/ Agriculture/ Environmental Sciences/ Genetics / Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Bio –chemistry with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 20.06.2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
5. PROJECT FELLOW (RS & GIS)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Masters’ Degree in Geoinformatics/ Geography/ Geology/ Computer Applications or related fields with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 20.06.2018

6. PROJECT INTERNS

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences/ Geoinformatics/ Geography/ Geology/ Computer Applications/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Sustainable development or related fields.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 20.06.2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 8,000/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination and Personal Interview. The online examination is likely to be held on 30/06/2018. The online examination will be conducted at four centres namely (i) Mumbai, ii) Pune, iii) Nagpur and iv) Dehradun.
The Interview is likely to be held on 17/07/2018 at the Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun.
