OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE, PURI IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 20 POSTS OF JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST, JUNIOR TYPIST, JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER, SALARIED AMIN AND DRIVER. LAST DATE — 01/08/2019
1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-01, ST-08, SEBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01.08.2019.
Pay: Rs.19,900/- per month.
2. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E standard.
iv) The candidate should possess a minimum speed of 40 wpm in Typewriting.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01.08.2019.
Pay: Rs.19,900/- per month.
3. JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, ST-03)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E standard.
iv) The candidate should possess a minimum speed of 80 wpm in Short-hand and 40 wpm in English Typewriting.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01.08.2019.
Pay: Rs.25,500/- per month.
4. SALARIED AMIN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination 10+2 or equivalent from recognized Board.
ii) Must have passed Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized Institution.
iii) Must possess knowledge in Computer Operation.
iv) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and must have passed HSC examination or equivalent examination through Odia medium.
v) Must be knowing Cycling and Swimming.
Age Limit: Above 20 years and below 32 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay: Rs.21,700/- per month.
5. DRIVER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Should be able to read, write and speak Odia, and have-
a) Passed Middle School examination with Odia as a language subject, or
b) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in non-language subject, or
c) Passed in Odia as Language subject in the final examination of Class VII from a school or educational institution recognized by the Govt. or the Central Govt., or
d) Passed a test in Odia as a language subject in Middle School Standard conducted by the Govt. in School and Mass Education Department.
ii) Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent from any recognized School/ Board/ Institution.
iii) Should possess a valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle.
iv) Knowledge of motor mechanism.
Experience: At least 03 years experience of driving a motor car.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 01.08.2019.
Pay: Rs.19,900/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For Salaried Amin only):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 160 cm (155 cm for ST candidates); Chest — 80 cm
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 150 cm (145 cm for ST candidates)
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Fitness Test, Written Examination, Typewriting Test, Computer Test, Shorthand & Typing Test, Trade Test and Vive-Voce wherever applicable.
