Join Territorial Army as an Officer — Indian Army is inviting application from the eligible male candidates to the Territorial Army as an Officer. INDIAN ARMY INVITES APPLICATION FROM THE ELIGIBLE MALE CANDIDATES TO JOIN TERRITORIAL ARMY AS OFFICER. LAST DATE – 31/12/2014.

 

OFFICER IN TERRITORIAL ARMY.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

Educational Qualification: Graduate from any recognized university.

Age Limit: 18 to 42 years as on 31.12.2014

Only male candidates gainfully employed in Central/State Govt. or Semi Govt./Pvt. Firm or Own business/Self Employed are eligible to apply.

 

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination which will be in two parts – Part-I: Short Essay in English and Part-II: Objective type question on General Awareness, Political and Economic affairs, International Situation and Sports.
Written Examination will be held on 08 Feb, 2014 at various centres across the country.
Qualified candidates from Written Examination will be called for Interview.

Selected candidates will go for one month basic training in the first year of commission. See officially released advertisement for more details.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply only on prescribed application format which can be downloaded from the official website of Indian Army — www.indianarmy.gov.in (See URL below/ PDF files given below)

The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with one self-addressed envelope (28×12 cms) affixed with postal stamp of Rs.27/- and two passport size photographs. DO NOT ENCLOSE ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS WITH THE FORM.
There is no any Application Fee.

 

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures must reach on or before 31/12/2014 at respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters. See Advt./ PDF file below for list of all addresses.
