INDIAN COAST GUARD INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 358 NAVIK (GENERAL DUTY/ DOMESTIC BRANCH) AND YANTRIK. LAST DATE — 19/01/2021
1. NAVIK (GENERAL DUTY)
No. of Vacancies: 260 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22
2. NAVIK (DOMESTIC BRANCH)
No. of Vacancies: 50 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 10th Class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22
3. YANTRIK
No. of Vacancies: 48 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
Mechanical – 31 posts
Electrical – 7 posts.
Electronics – 10 posts
Educational Qualification: 10th class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards: Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards (See detialed advertisement link given below).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Written Examination/ Computer based Online Examination, Physical Fitness Test and Document verification.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO INDIAN COAST GUARD AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
