1. PIPE FITTER (JOURNEYMAN)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th/ Madhyamik / Matriculation with ITI (NTC)/ NAC in Pipe Fitter/ Plumbing trade.
Age Limit: Maximum 24 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9460 – 37840/-
2. COMPUTER OPERATOR (JOURNEYMAN)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th/ Madhyamik/ Matriculation with ITI (NTC)/ NAC in COPA/ PASAA trade.
Age Limit: Maximum 24 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9460 – 37840/-
3. PAINTER (JOURNEYMAN)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th/ Madhyamik/ Matriculation with ITI (NTC)/ NAC in Painter trade.
Age Limit: Maximum 24 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9460 – 37840/-
4. DESIGN ASSISTANT (SUPERVISOR)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Shipwright.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.23800 – 83300/-
The candidates selected for the posts of Journeyman will initially undergo training for a period of two years. The candidates will be paid Stipend of Rs.12000/- for 1st year & Rs.14000/- for 2nd year during the training period.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PWD (UR), 13 years for PWD & OBC (NCL) and 15 years for PWD & SC/ST. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Practical Test/ Trade Test. The Written Test will tentatively be held at Kolkata on 06th April, 2019.
