1. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, REGIONAL CENTRE
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Uniformly good academic record with a Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade.

2. LIBRARY ASSISTANT

Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor in Library Science/ Bachelor in Library and Information Science from recognized University.
ii) Knowledge in Library Software and Classification of Books.
Experience: At least 03 years’ experience of working in University system or its equivalent.
Desirable: i) Graduate with Honours.
ii) Ability for accessing e-books and journals and related records.
iii) Basic knowledge in computer office software.
iv) Whole-time working experience of not less than 01 year in Higher Institute of Open Distance mode of Learning (ODL).
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 06/03/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.7200 — Rs.25400
3. JUNIOR ASSISTANT-CUM-TYPIST

Educational Qualification: i) H.S. (10+2).
ii) Diploma/ Certificate in Computer of at least 06-month duration.

Educational Qualification: Passed Class- VIII.
Desirable: i) Madhyamik or equivalent.
ii) Preference will be given to Ex-serviceman.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 06/03/2020.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Note:- A relaxation of 5% in marks (wherever necessary) may be provided for candidates (applicable for candidates domiciled in West Bengal) belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ Differently abled (physically as well as visually) categories.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for one year, which may be extended depending on the assessment of performance of the candidate during the probation period.
