1. JUNIOR MANAGER (MAINTENANCE)- MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (Mechanical: 04 posts, Electrical: 05 posts)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering from a recognized University.
ii) Diploma holders from a recognized University/ Institution in the discipline can also apply.
Experience: Post qualification experience of 03 years & above for Degree holders and 06 years & above for Diploma holders.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 30/06/2019.

2. JUNIOR MANAGER (MATERIALS MANAGEMENT)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with at least 02 years MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade from a recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Post qualification experience of 03 years & above.
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 30/06/2019.

3. JUNIOR MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)

Educational Qualification: CA/ ICMA/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: Post qualification experience of 03 years & above.

4. JUNIOR MANAGER (PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 02 years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/ Institution.

5. MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR of the Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA), OR MBA with Finance from a recognized Institute OR Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare OR 02 years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a recognized University/ Institution.
ii) Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institution will be an added advantage.
Experience: Post qualification experience of 08 years & above.
Age Limit: Below 42 years as on 30/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.70000-200000/-
Note: The candidates should have minimum 60% marks in Degree/ Diploma, except for those who have cleared the Final Exams conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) and Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA).
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
