1. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP (JRF)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in 1st class with valid GATE score.
OR
ME/ M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Micro Electronics/ Sensor Technology/ Materials Science/ Nano Technology with 1st class both at Graduate and Post Graduate degree with valid GATE/ NET score.
Desirable: Work experience in handling various MEMS design tools, Read out ASIC and fabrication process techniques.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.31000 per month.
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP (JRF)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering degree in 1st class with valid GATE score.
Desirable: Basics of digital electronics and design flow, familiar with ‘C’ language and MATLAB programming.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.31000 per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by for SC/ ST and OBC category as per Govt. norms.
The posts are Temporary in nature and initially for a period of Two (02) years (extendable as per rules in force).
Those candidates who were already awarded JRF position in any of the DRDO Laboratories/ centers earlier, are not eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
