HIMACHAL PRADESH STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD LIMITED (HPSEBL) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 1892 JUNIOR T/ MATE AND JUNIOR HELPER (SUB-STATION). LAST DATE — 20/07/2020 (04/08/2020)
NAME OF THE POSTS AND VACANCIES:-
1. Junior T/ Mate- 1500 posts
2. Junior Helper (Sub-Station)- 392 posts
Educational Qualification: i) Matric Pass.
ii) The candidate should be a bonafide Himachali or candidate should be eligible for appointment to Class- IV posts, if he/ she has passed Middle or Matriculation examination from School/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh.
Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who possess ITI certificate in Wiremen/ Electrician trade done through a regular course from a recognized Institution or the National Trade Certificate of one year Broad Based Basic Training (MMMT) alongwith Advanced Modular Course of First 06 months of second year plus Specialized module of 06 months in second year in the sector of Electrical Trade through COE an Institution recognized by the H.P. Govt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/04/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8150 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ Other Categories (OBC, Children/ Grandchildren of Freedom Fighter of Himachal Pradesh and EWS). Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Matric, Technical qualification of ITI certificate in Wireman/ Electrician trade and Evaluation. For more details please see the officially released advertisement.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ ST/ Other categories (OBC, Children/ Grandchildren of Freedom Fighter of Himachal Pradesh and Economically Weaker Sections)). Fee can be paid through Bank Draft/ Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer (Banking), Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited, Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla. Fee may also be paid/ deposited through RTGS/ NEFT/ IMPS.
NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF FEMALE CANDIDATES.
