Qualifications:
Essential:
- Completion of XII Std.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warden in a Girls’ hostel.
Desirable:
- Graduation in Psychology, Human Resources, Home Science, or Social Welfare.
- Proficiency in one or more South Indian languages/Hindi.
- Experience in counseling children.
Age:
- 35 to 50 years of age on the closing date of applications.
- The candidate should be in good health.
Remuneration:
- Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month, depending on experience in the field.
