1. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with a recognized University with first class.
ii) MBA with specialization in HR & Personnel Management from a reputed University with first class. (Excluding the degree obtained through external and distance education programme.)
Preferential :
A Degree in Law of Recognized University.
Experience: Should have worked in a middle management level in a reputed Organization for a minimum period of seven years. Experience in a Government Department / Company would be an added advantage.
Should have expert knowledge in Service matters, Labor laws, particularly in handling disciplinary proceedings.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years

2. MANAGER (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)

Educational Qualification: i) BE / B.Tech / MCA.
Experience: Should have had an overall experience of 5 years and above working in projects related to implementation and support of IT systems in a reputed Organization.
Desirable: Minimum Certification required MCSE/MCSA; CCNA.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 28100 – Rs.50100
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (OPERATIONS)
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (SC-01, GM-02, Cat-I – 01, Cat-IIA-03, Cat-IIB – 01, Cat-IIIA-01, Cat-IIIB-01)
Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc (Agri).
ii) Three years experience is desirable in Seed production and marketing in a reputed institution.
Age Limit: Below-35 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 21600 – Rs.39000
4. ASSISTANT MANAGER (ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, GM-02)
Educational Qualification:
I) For Accounts: i) B.Com Degree with First class from a recognized University with Accountancy
as a subject. ii) Five years experience in Accounts from a reputed Company. iii) Preference to M.Com Graduate with Accountancy as a subject. iv) Computer Knowledge with MS office and Tally of any other Accounting
package.
II) For Administration: i) Degree with First Class from recognized University. ii) Five years experience in Administration from a reputed company. iii) Preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Administration / MBA in Administration (Excluding the degree obtained through external and distance education programme.) iv) Computer Knowledge with MS office.
Age Limit: Below-35 years

5. SEED ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 13 Nos. (SC-02, ST-01, GM-06, Cat-I-01, Cat-IIA-02, Cat-IIIB-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Science with Botany as one of the subjects OR
ii) Diploma in Agriculture from University of Agriculture Sciences.
iii) For degree holders, two years experience from a reputed Seed Company.
iv) For diploma holders, four years experience from a reputed Seed Company.
v) Computer knowledge with MS office
Age Limit: Below-35 years
Pay Scale: Rs.11600 – Rs.21000
6. PLANT OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, GM-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Diploma in Agriculture OR Mechanical Engineering.
ii) Three years experience in related field.
Age Limit: Below-35 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 12500 – Rs.24000
7. SENIOR ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (SC-01, GM-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree of recognized university.
ii) Must have worked in similar capacity for three years in a reputed company.
iii) Preference will be given to B.Com Graduates with Accountancy as a subject.
iv) Computer knowledge with MS office and Tally or any other accounting
package.
Age Limit: Below-35 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 14550 – Rs.26700
8. UNIOR ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, GM-04, Cat-I-01, Cat-IIA-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree of recognized university.
ii) Must have worked in similar capacity for two years in a reputed company.
iii) Preference to B.com Graduate with Accountancy as a subject.
iv) Computer knowledge with MS office and Tally or any other accounting package.
Age Limit: Below-35 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 11600- Rs.21000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Note: Knowledge of Kannada with fluency in reading, writing and speaking is essential. Knowledge of working on computers is essential to all the posts.
