Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree with at least 50% aggregate.
• B.Ed from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English Media
• B.E or B.Tech with 50% aggregate.
• Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English Medium.
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% aggregate
• B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
• Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II Passed
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.

Age :

• For the Post of TGT / Librarian, PGT or PRT, an individual’s age must not be 35 years, 40 years and 30 years, respectively.

Pay Scale :

• Principal: 78,800/- to 2,09,200/-
• Vice Principal: 56,100/- to 1,77,500/-
• Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs): 47,600/- to 1,51,100/-
• Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): 44,900/- to 1,42,400/-
• Librarian – 44,900/- to 1,42,400/-
• Assistant (Group B): 44,900/- to 1,42,400/-
• Primary Teacher (PRTs): 35,400/- to 1,12,400/-

Application Fees :

• For Principal and Vice Principal Post- Rs. 1500/-
• For Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs), Librarian and Primary Teachers (PRTs) – Rs. 1000/-

Note:

• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and PWD will get a 5% relaxation in qualification.

Upper Age Relaxation: 

• The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: 

• Selection of the candidates will be through a Written Examination / Interview.
  Examinations will be held at various centers across the country.

• On the official website of the KVS, you will have an option of Employment, tap on it.
• Now, you have an option related to the KVS Recruitment Notification 2022. Tap on it and get redirected to the next webpage.
• In the end, you have to fill in all required credentials, upload required documents, scan a copy with a photo and signature, pay an online application fee and then finalize the application form.

Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with a unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it out for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUTS/HARD COPIES OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
