Accountant -I (contractual basis) – 17 Nos
Eligibility Criteria:

Residency and Local Languages:
- The applicant must hold permanent residency status in West Bengal.
- Knowledge of local languages is required.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates need to possess a Bachelor’s degree with a background in Commerce from a recognized university.
- Additionally, candidates should have successfully completed a Diploma or Certificate course in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
- Applicants who have acquired their degree or diploma through Distance Learning mode or from any Open University are also eligible to apply.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in essential computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, Internet usage, and familiarity with Tally Software is mandatory.
Working Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Government Sector or 2 year’s experience in the Private Sector, specifically in accounting roles, is required.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 40 years, calculated as of January 1, 2023.
Pay:
Remuneration for the selected candidates will be Rs 26,000/- per month.

The shortlisting of candidates will be conducted based on their academic qualifications in a ratio of 1:5. Shortlisted applicants will be required to participate in both a computer test and an interview. The final selection will be determined by evaluating the cumulative scores attained in academic qualifications, the computer test, and the interview.

Kolkata Municipal Corporation Recruitment 2023 Application Process:
Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria are kindly requested to submit their applications in a sealed envelope. The envelope should be addressed to “Chief Municipal Health Officer/Secretary, Kolkata City NUHM Society,” and delivered to the following address:
CMO Building, 5, S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata – 700013.
To ensure proper submission, the sealed envelope must be placed in the designated drop box situated in front of room no. 254 on the second floor of the CMO Building. The submission period for applications is from 1st September 2023 to 9th September 2023.
Application submission timings are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
