Educational Qualification of Constable & Lady Constable Recruitment in Kolkata Police:
Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
Candidate must be able to speak, read and write the Bengali language (Not required for candidates who are permanent residents of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts.
Important Note:
The applicants must present a suitable and original form of identification at the designated test locations along with a printout of their e-Admit cards. Only with regards to candidates who applied offline will paper admit cards be supplied. It is strongly encouraged for candidates to refrain from bringing any items listed as forbidden in Sl. No. 7 of the Important Instructions on the admit card.
