KOLKATA PORT TRUST INVITES APPLICATION FOR 10 TRAINEE PILOTS AT KOLKATA DOCK SYSTEM. LAST DATE — 31/07/2015
Name of the Post: Trainee Pilots.
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (OBC—2; SC—1; ST—1; Gen—6).
Educational Qualification: Master (FG)/Dredge Master-Gr.-I or equivalent issued by the Indian Navy/Coast Guard OR 1st Mate’s (FG)/Dredge Master- Gr.-II OR 2nd Mate’s (FG)/Dredge Mate- Gr.-I OR B. Sc. Nautical Science.
Note: Duration of training period varies from qualification to qualification. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years if B.Sc. Nautical Science and Maximum 30 years for rest of educational qualification.
The age will be counted as on 01.06.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
The candidates will join as Trainee Pilots and on successful completion of the prescribed training schedule; they would be adjusted against regular vacancies of Pilots
