District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Birbhum is recruiting 10 Lab Technician, Staff Nurse and Medical Officer. The posts are under different Health Programme for Birbhum district on purely Contractual basis. DISTRICT HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE SAMITI, BIRBHUM IS CONDUCTING WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 10 LAB TECHNICIAN, STAFF NURSE AND MEDICAL OFFICER. WALK-IN DATE — 31/07/2020

 

1. LAB TECHNICIAN

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (For Bolpur Municipality under National Urban Health Mission)

Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE.
iii) Knowledge in Computer, MS Office and Internet.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/07/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220 per month

 

2. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR) (For Suri Sadar Hospital/ CMOH Office under NPCF- Fluorosis)

Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
ii) Two years Diploma Course in Laboratory Technology from an Institute of West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE.
iii) Preference will be given to the candidates from Birbhum district.

Desirable: i) Working experience as Lab Technician.
ii) Handling of ino-metre would be an added advantage.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/07/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220 per month

 

3. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01) (For CMOH Office, Suri under Thalassemia Control Programme)

Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
ii) Two years Diploma Course in Laboratory Technology from an Institute of West Bengal State Medical Faculty/ AICTE.
iii) Experience in handling cell counter and HPLC machine.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/07/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220 per month

 

4. STAFF NURSE

No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-02, SC-01) (For Thalassemia Unit Suri Sadar Hospital- 01 post, NUHM UPHC Bolpur- 02 posts)

Educational Qualification: GNM passed from an Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
ii) Candidate should have proficiency in local language.

Age Limit: Maximum 64 years as on 01/07/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220 per month

 

5. MEDICAL OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR) (For RKSK Programme, Thalassemia Control Unit, NUHM etc.)

Educational Qualification: i) MBBS Degree recognized by MCI.
ii) Knowledge in Computer, MS Office and Internet.

Desirable: i) DCH.
ii) Experience in working with Thalassaemia patients or General patient.

Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 01/07/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000 per month

 

6. MEDICAL OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR) (For Suri Sadar Hospital and CMOH Office, Birbhum under DTC (NTEP)

Educational Qualification: i) MBBS or equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India.
ii) Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.
Preferential Qualification: i) Diploma/ MD Public Health/ Tuberculosis and Chest diseases.
ii) One year experience in RNTCP.
iii) Basic knowledge of Computers.

Age Limit: Maximum 60 years as on 01/07/2020.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000 per month

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

 

The posts are under different Health Programme for Birbhum district on purely Contractual basis.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Academic Qualification, Experience, Computer Test and Interview wherever applicable.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for Reserved Category (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH)). Fee can be paid through Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque (Personal cheque will not be accepted) drawn in favour of District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Birbhum, payable at Suri. Fee can also be paid through NEFT to the A/C DH&FWS (Rogi Kalyan Samity).
