High Court of Allahabad is recruiting 51 persons for the post of “Law Clerk (Trainee)”. Fresh Law Graduate and final year candidates may apply by downloading the application form from the website of High Court of Allahabad or can be collected from the Counter of the Court at payment of Rs.150. Brief details given below—
1. LAW CLERK (TRAINEE)
No. of posts: 51 Nos. Reservation as per norms.
Qualification: 3 years Professional or Five years Integrated Degree in Law. Only Law Graduate candidates who have not started practice as an advocate or engaged in any other professional or vocation/service are eligible to apply.
Candidates appeared final year or waiting for result may also apply. They will have to produce Marksheet of LL.B examination at the time of Interview.
Candidates must have computer knowledge such as Data Entry, Word Processing and Etc.
Age limit: Candidates should be within 21yrs to 26yrs as on 01/07/2012. Age relaxation is as per norms.
Selection steps: Candidates will be selected on basis of Interview only which will be held either at Allahabad or at Lucknow.
Exact date and venue will be informed to eligible candidates through Call letters.
How to Apply: Application is to be made on prescribed application form. Candidates may collect the Application form in person on payment of Rs.150 in cash from the counter in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and at it’s Lucknow Bench.
Application form is available on the official website of High Court of Allahabad. Candidates may download it from there and in cases candidates should prepare a Postal Order or Bank Draft of Rs.150 in favour of — Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
Candidates should attach one duly attested copy of Madhyamik Marksheet and Certificate for verification of Age and all necessary certificates of Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets from Madhyamik level to Graduation, Computer knowledge certificate and any other relevant documents along with 2 Nos. self-addressed envelope (size- 5x10cms) with affixed postal stamp of Rs.22 on each.
