The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year, which may be extended by a further period of One year. No. of Vacancies: 51 Nos. (High Court of Bombay: 23, Bench Office at Nagpur: 14, Bench Office at Aurangabad: 14)
Educational Qualification: i) (a) Fresh Law Graduates who have passed the final LL.B. Examination in the first attempt with minimum of 55% marks.
OR
(b) Candidates possessing a Post Graduate Degree in Law.
ii) The High Court may consider giving preference to candidates holding a Post Graduate Degree in Law.
iii) Candidates must have basic knowledge in the use of Computers/ Laptop and softwares relating to case laws.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 20,000/- per month.
The vacancies are in the establishment of the High Court of Bombay and its Bench Offices at Nagpur and Aurangabad. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of One year, which may be extended by a further period of One year.
The date for determining the Age limit of candidates will be the date of his/ her recommendation by the Principal of the concerned Law College, or by the respective Presidents of the Bar Associations.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Personal Interview. The candidates will have to appear for Personal Interview at the High Court, Bombay.
