Central Ordnance Depot, Dehu Road, Pune, is recruiting 14 candidates for the post of – Lower Division Clerk, Messenger, Safaiwala and Mazdoor. Qualification norms and criteria is as follows —
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 4 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—2)
Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent and minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting.
2. Messenger: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC—1). 1 post is reserved for Ex-servicemen.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
3. Safaiwala: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
4. Mazdoor: 7 Nos. (Gen—5; OBC—2). 1 post is reserved for meritorious sportsperson.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay as per norms.
Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 25yrs as on last date of the application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs; Ex-servicemen and others—as per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and or Personal Interview based on performance in their educational qualification. Typing test will be there for LDC. (See the Advt. for details)
The engagement to the post is on temporary basis but likely to be made permanent.
The place of Test/ Interview will be at – Central Ordnance Depot, Dehu Road, Pune—412 101 (Maharashtra).
Exact date of test/ interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates through Call letters in due course.
