Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Bhopal region, Under Ministry of Human Resource Development, is recruiting 63 persons for the post of “Lower Division Clerk/ Store Keeper” on direct recruitment basis in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya under Bhopal Region in MP, Chattisgarh and Odisha. Class 10+2 pass Boys and Girls may apply on prescribed application format. Details and eligibility criteria is given below—
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Store Keeper
No. of Vacancies: 63 Nos. Vacancies according to State wise—
Madhya Pradesh: 27 Nos. (Gen-16; SC-3; ST-5; OBC-1; PH-2)
Chattisgarh: 9 Nos. (Gen-5; SC-1; ST-1; PH-2)
Odisha: 27 Nos. (Gen-13; SC-3; ST-5; OBC-4; PH-2)
Note—Reservation for Ex-Serviceman is as per norms.
Qualification: Class-12 pass or equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate and ability to type 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi
OR
Class-12 pass from recognised board with secretarial practices and office management as vocational subjects.
Age limit: candidates must be between 18yrs to 27yrs as on 30/6/2012. Age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/ST—5yrs; PH—10yrs and other categories—as per norms.
Shortlisted candidates will have to go through Trade test/ Typing test on Computer. Appointed candidates will be on probation for 2 years.
Application Fee: Candidates should prepare a Demand Draft of Rs.500 as Application fee. D.D. should be in favour of – “Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti”, Payable at Bhopal.
Write name and address on the reverse of the Demand Draft. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/ PH / Women candidates.
How to Apply: Prepare Application form on plain paper (22cm X 30cm approx) as per officially prescribed format.
The duly filled application form accompanied with Demand Draft and Educational certificates and testimonials should reach the below given address within 2nd July 2012.
Enclose the following documents along with application—Educational Certificate and Marksheet from Madhyamik (class-10) level to Higher Secondary, Demand Draft of Rs.500, Degree/ Diploma Certificates and Marksheet, Caste Certificate, 2 recent passport size photographs attested by Gazetted Officer, any other relevant documents and testimonials, if any. All the documents should be in attested copies (attestation by Gazetted Officer).
