1. ADMINISTRATIVE-CUM-FINANCE OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University.
Experience: Should have 10 years experience in a Government/ Autonomous Organisation/ Corporate body.
Desirable: Candidates having higher and specialised qualifications such as MBA/ ACA/ ACWA/ ACS/ SAS will be given preference.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39000/- with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-

 

2. ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Diploma in Library Science.
ii) Higher degree in Library Science will be given preference.
Experience: Three years experience in a research Library.
Desirable: i) Expertise in computer applications.
ii) Knowledge in Foreign Languages.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4600/-

 

3. JUNIOR LIBRARY ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation/ Secondary School Certificate pass.
ii) Certificate/ Diploma in Library Science.
iii) Work experience in a reputed library.
Desirable: Knowledge in Computer applications.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

 

The selected candidates may have to work in Kolkata or elsewhere at the centers of this Institute.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
