The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period upto 31/03/2020 or One (01) year, renewable one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate. DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITI, MALDA WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 19 POSTS OF MEDICAL OFFICER, NUTRITIONIST AND LOWER DIVISION ASSISTANT. WALK-IN DATE — 25/09/2019
1. MEDICAL OFFICER FULL TIME (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (OBC-01, SC-01, ST-01) (At English Bazar & Old Malda Municipality)
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS from recognized Institution with 01 year compulsory Internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.
ii) Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
iii) The candidates should be permanent resident of West Bengal.
Age Limit: Below 63 years as on 01/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER (GDMO) UNDER NHM
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (UR-07, SC-04, ST-01, OBC-02) (Any block in Malda district)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree from recognized Institution and must have completed compulsory rotatory Internship.
Desirable: i) One year house staff ship or equivalent.
ii) Basic knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Below 65 years as on 01/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
3. NUTRITIONIST (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST) (Any NRC in Malda District)
Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc or M.Sc in Food & Nutrition or equivalent course with Computer knowledge.
ii) The candidate should be able to read, write and speak in Bengali.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,000/- per month.
4. LOWER DIVISION ASSISTANT (FOR RETIRED PERSON)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR) (Office of AMO (AYUSH))

Age Limit: Below 62 years as on 01/09/2019.
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period upto 31/03/2020 or One (01) year, renewable one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained Educational Qualification, Experience, Extracurricular Activities and Interview wherever applicable.
