District Level Selection Committee, Malda (Panchayat & RD Section) is inviting online application from the eligible candidates for 177 posts viz. – Executive Assistant, Secretary, Sahayak, Accounts Clerk, Typist, Samiti Education Officer, Etc., at Gram Panchayat and Panchayat Samiti level under Malda district. The engagement will be made initially on temporary basis. GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL POSTS:

1. Executive Assistant: 26 posts.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in computer application.
Desirable — Post Graduate degree or Diploma in Social work or rural development and experience in social work or rural development.
Age: 18 – 40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600/-

 

2. Secretary: 07 posts.
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass. 06 months duration course in computer is desirable.
Age: 18—40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

3. Sahayak: 117 posts.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass. 50% marks in madhyamik is preferred. Basic knowledge of computer is desirable.
Age: 18—40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2300/-

 

PANCHAYAT SAMITI LEVEL POSTS:

1. Samiti Education Officer: 3 posts.
Qualification: Graduate Degree with Post Graduate B.Ed Degree or Graduate Degree with 03yrs experience of teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with 03yrs experience of working in Govt. sponsored alternative system of education OR Graduate degree with 03yrs experience in management of education.
Age: 18—40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600/-

 

2. Accounts Clerk: 14 posts.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or its equivalent. Diploma in computer application is desirable.
Age: 18—40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

3. Clerk-cum-Typist: 10 posts.
Qualification: Madhyamik or its equivalent passed and shall have typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali. Candidates shall have proficiency in MS word or any such word processing application.
Age: 18—40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

REVISED VACANCIES

NOTE: Candidates who have applied earlier against Employment Notification No. DLSC/ABP/01/13-14 dated 08/01/2014 need not apply anew as their names have already enrolled. However if any such candidates want to make changes (for e.g. in caste, etc) may choose to apply for correction. Candidates who have not applied earlier may now apply for the vacancies if meets the below prescribed qualification/ eligibility.

GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL:

1. Nirman Sahayak: 46 posts.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Age: 18—40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.9000—Rs.40500 and Grade Pay: Rs.4400/-

2. Data Entry Operator: 4 posts.
Qualification: Madhyamik or its equivalent examination and shall have typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali. Candidates shall have atleast duration of 3 months training/ course in Computer.
Desirable—One year experience in the field is desirable.
Age: 18—40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

 

3. Block Informatics Officer: 5 posts.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application or Bachelor’s degree (Hon’s) in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in any stream with “A” level certificate course of DOEACC. Provided that candidates with qualification of “B” or ‘C” level certificate course of DOEACC with 3 yrs Diploma course in Computer Science and Engineering/ IT/ Electronics and Telecommunication shall also be considered, or Bachelor’s in Electronics and Telecommunication shall also be considered or Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication.
Age: 18—40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3900/-

 

The upper age limit indicated above is for candidates belonging to General Category. Age will be counted as on 01/01/2015. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 yrs for PWD candidates.

 

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Practical Test (wherever applicable) and Viva Voce Test.
The engagement of the selected candidates to the post will be initially on temporary basis.
