1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-02, SC-01, EWS-01. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters and all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC/ PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 02 years) in HR Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ Social Work (with HR as main subject) from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) In case of dual specialization, the major/ main specialization should be HRM.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/05/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.20600 — Rs.46500
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters and all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 02 years) in Marketing Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) In case of dual specialization, the major/ main specialization should be Marketing Management.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/05/2020.

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (CORPORATE COMMUNICATION)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters and all subjects in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 02 years) in Mass Communications/ Journalism from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/05/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.20600 — Rs.46500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The eligible candidates desirous to apply for the post of Management Trainee (HR/ Marketing/ Corporate Communication) in Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) are required to appear for UGC-NET Examination of June-2020 in the Corresponding UGC-Net-2020 paper mentioned below:-
i) For Management Trainee (HR)- Labr. Welfr./ Pers. Mgmt/ Industrial Relation/ Labr. & Soc Welfr./ HRM (Paper code 55).
ii) For Management Trainee (Marketing)- Management (Paper code 17).
iii) For Management Trainee (Corporate Communication)- Mass Communication and Journalism (Paper code 63).
The candidates selected as Management Trainees will be placed on training for one year. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be placed under probation for one more year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in UGC-NET June-2020 Examination and Personal Interview. The candidates qualified in UGC-NET of June-2020 only will be considered. Scores of previous UGC-NET examinations will not be taken into account.
