1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-04, OBC-03, SC-01.Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved PWD)
Educational Qualification: i) Full time Bachelors Degree with 60% marks in aggregate (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD) and MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work (with HR as main subject) with 60% marks in aggregate (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized University / Institute.
ii) In case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be HRM.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/02/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,600-46,500/-
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MARKETING)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelors Degree with 60% marks in aggregate (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD) and MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Marketing Management with 60% marks in aggregate (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized University / Institute.
ii) In case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be Marketing Management.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/02/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,600-46,500/-
Note: Candidates willing to apply for the post of Management Trainees should appear for UGC-NET July-2018 examination. For more details regarding UGC NET July-2018, please see the Official Advt.
The selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year. After successful completion of training, the candidates will be placed under probation for one more year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 150 cms; Weight — 45 kgs
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 143 cms; Weight — 35 kgs
Candidates should be of sound physique, free from any physical defect.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of UGC-NET July-2018 and Personal Interview.
