1. CONSULTANT SLRM
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Sociology/ Rural Development/ Social Work with good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Desirable: Experience in management of SLRM project for at least 03 years in 03 districts.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000/- per month.
2. PROGRAMME MANAGER
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Sociology/ Economics/ Rural Development/ Social Work with good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Desirable: At least 01 year experience in management of any Govt. Programme.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000/- per month.
3. FINANCIAL MANAGER
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Commerce or CA/ ICWA.
Desirable: Experience in management of Govt. fund in any Govt./ Semi-Govt. agencies.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000/- per month.
4. TRAINING MANAGER
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Sociology/ Rural Development/ Social Work with good communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Desirable: Experience on imparting training programme in related field for at least 01 year.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30000/- per month.
5. DATA ANALYST
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ IT.
ii) Conversant in Words, Excel, Power Point, Access, Basic knowledge on SQL Server.
Desirable: Experience in working in Govt./ Semi Govt. organisation as Data Analyst/ Data Manager/ Data Entry Operator.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- per month.
