Punjab National Bank is Recruiting 488 Boys/Girls for the post of Deputy Manager, Officer (Marketing/HRD) and Manager (Credit/Marketing).

Central Government’s Enterprise—Punjab National Bank is recruiting 488 Boys and Girls fro the post of “Deputy Manager (I.T.)”, “Officer (Marketing)”,  “Manager (Credit)”, “Manager (Marketing)”, “Officer (H.R.D.)”

1. Deputy Manager (I.T.): 202 Nos. Post Code—07
Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering’s Degree Course pass candidates may apply OR M.C.A. pass candidates may apply. Job will be on J.M.G. Scale-I.
Age should be within 28 years and monthly Pay Scale will be Rs.14500-Rs.25700.

2. Officer (Marketing): 104 Nos. Post Code—08
Graduate in stream with Degree or Diploma Course Pass on Personal Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Law, Labour Welfare or Social worker may apply for the post. Job will be on scale J.M.G. –I
Age limit and pay scale is same as above post.

3.  Manager (Credit): 115 Nos. Post Code No—03
M.B.A./ Chattered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Financial Accountancy on Finance Specialization may apply for the post. Job will be on Scale J.M.G.-II
Age should be within 30 years. Pay scale Rs.19400-Rs.28100

4. Manager (Marketing): 47 nos. Post Code—05
M.B.A. or Managment, in Marketing Specialization, post graduate diploma course pass candidates may apply. Should have proper knowledge in M.S. Office and should have minimum 2 years of working experience in any Bank, Financial Institution, N.B.F.C., H.F.C. Mutual Fund or Insurance and Broking companies. Job will be on Scale J.M.G.-II
Age should be between 21yrs to 30yrs. Pay scale will be Rs.19400-Rs.28100

For all the above mentioned posts, age should be counted as on dated—1-1-2011. Age relaxation for OBC-3yrs, SC/ST-5yrs, PH-10yrs and Ex-Serviceman will receive as per norms.
Seats from total No. of vacant post were reserved as per Gen, OBC SC/ST and Ph candidates.

Selection of candidates will be through Written Test of 200 Marks of 160 Questions on following topics—1. Profession knowledge, 2. English Language, 3. Quantitative Aptitude and 4. Reasoning Ability.
After qualifying in Writen Tests, there will be medical examination.

Candidates may download call letter from the bank’s website. Call Letter will not be send through postal services.

How to apply: Application can be done only through online System by visiting the official website of the bank: http://pnpindia.in. Candidates should have their own email id.

Before applying online, candidates will require to pay examination fee of Rs.400 (Rs.50 for SC/ST and PH candidates) through any Punjab National Bank’s CBS branch. Fee deposition should be made through 2 copies of voucher which can be also downloaded from the bank’s website.
Candidates will also require their own scan image of one no. Colour passport size photograph and signature in JPG or JPEG format. Scan image should be 200X230 px and scan signature should be 140X60px. Photo and Signature should be scanned in 200 DPI.  In this case candidates can take help of expert to prepare the scan images in jpg format.

After all this preparation, candidates can visit the Bank’s website and can complete the name registration process. After successful registration, candidates will be provided Registration Number and password. Candidates should memorize this or can note it down. Finally they should make print-out of the computer generated Registration acknowledgement form for any further use.

Candidates will required to produce fee payment voucher in original along with call letter before sitting in Written Test.

Any notification will be send to direct candidates e-mail id, therefore only candidates own email id should be used during online registration. Candidates who do not have email id can create a new one through any internet cafe or personal computer with internet connection.

Last date to make Online Registration: Online Registration should be made by last—15th July 2011.
Candidates willing to apply for more than one post can do so by making registration of their name in two different online forms for each post and should pay fee in two different vouchers. In any case, after registration, fee will not be refundable.
