1. Assistant (Sales): 05 Nos. (UR-3; SC-2)
Educational Qualification: First Class Graduates (Pass with 40% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) in Science / Commerce / BBM / BBA / BCA from recognized university / Institute . Candidates should have worked in a computerized environment for a minimum period of 2 years in any Public Limited company.
Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in the state of Karnataka.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 30/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.11900/- – Rs.32900/-

 

Advertisement No. 59/2015. SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWD) CATEGORY

1. Engineer (Information Systems): 01 [PWD (OH)]
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum 40% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- – Rs.50500/-

 

2. Executive (Materials): 01 [PWD (HH0]
Qualification: Two years MBA/ Equivalent with specialization in Materials Management or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 40% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- – Rs.50500/-

 

3. Executive (Human Resources): 02 [PWD (OH/HH)]
Qualification: Two years MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM or Two years Post Graduate Degree/Equivalent in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 40% marks in aggregate
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- – Rs.50500/-

 

4. Executive (Internal Audit): 02 [PWD (OH/HH)]
Qualification: CA/ICWA/two years MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Finance with minimum 40%  marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900/- – Rs.50500/-

 

5. Assistant: 18 [PWD (OH/HH)]
Qualification: 3 years BA/BSc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BCA degree with minimum 40% marks in aggregate. Knowledge of computer is essential and shall be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint). Candidates with Certificate in English Type writing- Senior Grade shall be given preference.
Pay Scale: Rs.11900/- – Rs.32000/-

 

Age limit & Relaxation

(i) For Advt. No. 59/2015: Maximum 38 years including relaxation of 10 years for PWD categories. Additional 05 years and 03 years relaxation will be given to SC/ST and OBC category respectively.

(ii) For Advt. No. 60/2015: SC – 5 years, PWD: UR- 10 years, PWD: SC-15 years and Ex-Servicemen (EXSM) – as per Govt. directives.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection process shall consist of Written Test and Interview. The candidates will have to qualify at each stage of the selection process.
