MEDICAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 247 Nos. (UR-127, SC-03, ST-82, OBC-35)
Educational Qualification:
i) Should possess a recognized Medical qualification.
ii) Completion of compulsory rotating Internship.
iii) Possession of Registration Certificate issued by MCI/ State Medical Councils.
iv) Candidate must be able to speak Manipuri (Meetei/ Meitei Lon) or any of the Tribal dialect of Manipur.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 04/06/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
The vacancies are in the Health Department of Manipur. Candidate must be a permanent resident of Manipur. The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two (02) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Interview. The Written Examination will be held on 20/06/2018 in Imphal.
