Recruitment of 171 Persons as “Mazdoor”, “LDC”, “Fireman” and “Store Keeper” in 14 Corps Ordnance Maintenance company, Leh, Laddakh (J&K).

Central Govt.—Under Ministry of Home Affairs; 14 Corps Ordnance Maintenance Company is recruiting 171 person for the post of “Mazdoor”, “Lower Division Clerk”, “Fireman” and “Store Keeper”. Matriculation done boys may apply for the post.

1. Name of Post: Mazdoor
Vacancies: 109 Nos. (Gen-61; OBC-29; SC-8; ST-11) Out of which Ex-serviceman- 11; Sportsperson-5; PH-3.
Qualification: Madhyamik (Matriculation) Pass candidates may apply.

2. Name of the Post: Lower Division Clerk
Vacancies: 27 Nos. (Gen-16; OBC-7; SC-2; ST-2) Out of which Ex-Serviceman-3nos, PH-1nos and Sportsperson- 1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik (Matriculation) pass candidates with English Typing speed of 30 words per minutes may apply for the post.

3. Name of the Post: Fireman
Vacancies: 16 Nos. (Gen-10; OBC-4; SC-1; ST-1) out of which Ex-serviceman-2 nos and PH-1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik (Matriculation) candidates may apply if they meets the following criteria—Height-165 cm (162.5 cm for SC/ST); Chest (expanded/unexpanded)- 85cm/ 81.5cm; Weight- Minimum 50 Kgs.

4. Name of the Post: Store Keeper
Vacancies: 19 Nos. (Gen-12; OBC-4; SC-1; ST-2) out of which Ex-serviceman- 2nos and PH- 1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik (Matriculation) pass candidates may apply.

Age Limit: 18yrs- 25yrs as on 30-9-2011. Age relaxation—OBC-3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs; PH and Ex-Serv.- as per  norms.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200. Grade Pay: Rs.1800 (for Mazdoor) and Rs.1900 (for rests of posts)

Candidates’ Selection: For the Posts of Fireman and Mazdoor — for the selection of candidates first there will be height and weight measurement and then Written Test which may hold at 14 Corps Ordnance Maintenance Company, Leh, Ladakh (J&K). There will be endurance test for the post of “Fireman”.
For the rest of posts; selection will be through Written Test and then Interview.

• Recent 3 Nos. passport size photo (one affixed on application; one affixed on call letter and one stitched with application) attested by gazetted officer
• One self-addressed envelope (12X18 cm) with pasted postal stamp of Rs.25
• Required certificates’ attested copies in case of Ex-serviceman and sportsperson
