Educational Qualification for MBMA Shillong Recruitment 2023
i ) Candidate must have passed Class XII for VDV as minimum educational qualification.
ii) Candidates having a basic level of education and functionally literate to perform data collection tasks will be preferred.
Skill Details:-
i) Candidate should have good communication skills both written and verbal.
ii) Proficiency in mobile applications, digital tools, and use and use of smart devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Selection Process for Meghalaya Basin Management Agency Recruitment 2023
i) Recruitment for this post will be through Device Based / Screening Test and Personal Interview.
ii) The device-based/screening test/personal interview will be held at the respective district headquarters/blocks.
iii) Candidates who qualify for the device-based/screening test will be called for a personal interview which will be held at the District/Block level and will be conducted by a selection committee headed by the Additional District Commissioner.
iv) If a candidate fails to appear before the interview board, the candidate will be summarily disqualified.
v) Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the test and interview.
