  • Senior Grade Stenographer (Group-B): 6
  • Junior Grade Stenographer (Group-C): 9

  • Multi-Tasking Staff (General) (Group-C): 20

Educational Qualification:

Senior Grade Stenographer (Group-B): Applicants must possess a degree along with proficiency in Stenography & Typewriting.

Junior Grade Stenographer (Group-C): Candidates should have passed 12th grade and possess proficiency in Stenography & Typewriting.

Translator/Interpreter (Group-C): A degree with proficiency in Telugu/Malayalam and English knowledge is required.

Junior Clerk (Group-C): The minimum educational requirement is passing 12th grade along with Typewriting skills.

Typist (Group-C): Applicants must have passed 12th grade and possess Typewriting skills.

Driver (Group-C): The minimum requirement is passing 8th grade along with a valid Driving License and successful completion of a competency test.

Multi Tasking Staff (General) (Group-C): Applicants should have passed SSLC.

Age Limit:

MBC / OBC / EBC / BT / BCM 18 years 33 + 2* years
Others (not belonging to the above categories) 18 years 30 + 2* years

Application Fee:

  • UR/EWS/MBC/OBC/BT/BCM/EBC: Rs. 750/- per post
  • Women applicants, SC, ST, PwD, and XSM: Fee exempted

Payment Method: Demand Draft (D.D.) in favor of Registrar General, High Court, Madras, payable at Chennai.

Selection Process:

  • Written Examination covering various subjects.
  • Skill Test relevant to the position.
  • Oral Test assessing proficiency.

Note: Candidates need to pass each stage to proceed to the next.
