PUNJAB STATE COOPERATIVE MILK PRODUCERS’ FEDERATION (MILKFED) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 29 POSTS OF DEPUTY MANAGER (ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, PRODUCTION AND PROCUREMENT). LAST DATE — 16.08.2016.
1. Deputy Manager (Animal Husbandry): 16 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum- 45 years as on 01.09.2016
2. Deputy Manager (Production): 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Dairy Technology or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum- 45 years as on 01.09.2016
3. Deputy Manager (Procurement): 08 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Dairy Technology / Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum- 45 years as on 01.09.2016
Note:
(i) Candidates must also possess a certificate course in IT equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate in case the candidate has not studied IT or equivalent as one of its subjects in the degree course.
(ii) Qualification of Panjabi upto Matric standards is essential.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Personal Interview.
Candidates selected for the post would work as Management Trainees for 2 years and they would be paid a salary of Rs 30000/- (consolidated) per month for the first year and Rs 33000/- (consolidated) for the second year. After the completion of second year, selected appointees would have to undergo an evaluation and on the successful completion of this evaluation, the appointees would be considered to placed as Deputy Managers in the pay scale as applicable in the organization on the date of evaluation.
