1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (GENERAL)

Qualification: Degree with first class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognized University/Institutions

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ACCOUNTS)
Number of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—1; ST—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Degree with first class Master of Business Administration in Finance OR a pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India OR Pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized institution.

Age: maximum 28yrs.
3. ACCOUNTANT
Number of Vacancies: 17 Nos. (Gen—10; SC—02; ST—01; OBC—4)
Qualification: B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about three years experience in maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial/ Commercial/ Department Undertaking.
Pay: Rs.30422 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: maximum 30yrs.
4. JR. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Number of Vacancies: 107 Nos. (Gen—68; SC—13; ST—06; OBC—20)
Qualification: Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.
Pay: Rs.19478 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: 28yrs.
5. ASSISTANT ENGINEER
Number of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Gen—7; OBC—2; SC—01)
Qualification: A Degree in Civil Engineering.
Pay: Rs.19478 plus other allowances as per norms.
Age: maximum 30yrs.
Upper age relaxation: Age mentioned above will be taken as on 14/01/2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates through All India basis Objective type Written Test or respective subjects and aptitude of the standard of the educational qualification prescribed for each post followed by Personal Interview.
The selection process will be carried by All India Management Association (AIMA)
Application Fee: Rs.300/- for General and OBC candidates in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “All India Management Association”, payable at “New Delhi”.
No Application Fee for SC/ST and PH candidates.
