Western Coalfields Limited, A government of India Undertaking, is recruiting 181 persons for the post of “Mining / Shotfirer, T&S Grade- C”. Candidates within 30 years of age within the prescribed date may apply for the post. Application form can be prepared on plain paper. Details below—
1. Mining Sirdar / Shotfirer, T&S Grade- C
Vacancies: 181 Nos. (Gen-60; SC-26; ST-16; OBC-79)
Qualification Required: Candidates should have Mining Sirdar Certificate of competency issued by DGMS
OR
Diploma course in Mining & Mine Surveying and Overman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS.
Essential: Candidates should have Valid Gas Testing Certificate issued by DGMS and Valid First Aid Certificate.
Age limit: Candidates should be between 18yrs to 30yrs as on 10/4/2012. Age relaxation for OBC Candidates—3yrs; SC/ST Candidates—5yrs.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected through Written Test and Interview. The exact date and venue of Written Test/ Interview will be intimated later. Candidates will be informed through Call letter.
How to Apply: Candidates are required to apply on plain paper by neatly typing on it indicating – (i) Name of the Post applied for, (ii) Name, (iii) Father’s Name, (iv) Date of Birth, (v) Educational and Technical Qualification, (vi) Caste, (vii) Experience if any and (viii) Postal Address.
