MOIL Limited, A Govt. of India Enterprise, is recruiting Management Trainee (Marketing/ Materials) for its Head Quarters/ Mines in the State of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Eligible and Interested candidates may apply on prescribed application format within scheduled date. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief is given below —
1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING): 2 Nos. (General candidates)
Educational Qualification: Degree and MBA with specialization in Marketing Management.
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MATERIALS): 3 Nos. (OBC—1; General—2)
Educational Qualification: Graduation preferably in Engineering Discipline and MBA.
Age Limits: Candidates must be below 30yrs. Upper age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.
Selected candidates will go for training for period of one year. During training period a consolidated amount of Rs.16400/- per month will be paid.
On successful completion of the training and only after ascertaining their utility in the Company, the Management may regularize them in the regular pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- ( E-01).
