Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation Ltd. (MPBDC) invited applications for 40 Assistant Manager (Technical) and 15 Assistant Manager (Electrical) Post. Candidates can apply online through MPBDC’s website on or before 30th April 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
Candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an institution approved by AICTE or higher.
Candidates must have passed the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in either 2022, 2023, or 2024.
Candidates must provide a valid GATE Registration Number when applying for this position.
The scores you obtained in the GATE exam for Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering in any one of those years will be used to select Assistant Managers for Civil or Electrical positions.
Age Limit:
Candidates’ ages should be between 21 years to 35 years as of 01.02.2023.
Age Reservation & Relaxation
- SC/ST/OBC: 05 Years
- Physically Challenged: 15 Years for SC/ST Category.
- Candidates applying under the reserved category must have a domicile of M.P.
- Non-domicile candidates can apply from the unreserved category only.
- Relaxation in age for Ex-Servicemen will be as per extant Govt. rules.
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1/1/1980 to 31/12/1989.
Application Fees:
All candidates are required to make a payment of Rs.250/- as application fees.
Selection Process:
Merit list will be prepared based on any one year of valid Gate scorecard GATE-2022/GATE-2023/GATE-2024.
The candidates should have obtained B.E/B. Tech Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering Degree from an AICTE-approved institute with a minimum of 60% marks for Unreserved/OBC Candidates.
In case selected candidates do not join or get disqualified due to any reason, the candidates lower in the order of merit list may be taken into consideration.
Note: In case more than 01 candidates have an equal GATE-2022/GATE-2023/GATE-2024 score, the candidate with a higher age will be selected.
