1. Executive Trainee (Chemistry):20 Nos. (UR-12, SC-03, ST-03, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification:Â Full Time M. Sc (Chemistry) with 65% of marks (Pass marks in case of SC, ST, PWD)
Age Limit:Â Minimum – 20 years and maximum- 30 years as on 01-04-2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. Executive Trainee (HR): 18 Nos. (UR-08, SC-03, ST-04, OBC-03)
Educational Qualification:Â Two year Full time Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or Master in Business Administration with specialization in HR or Master in Social Work (with HR as main subject) with 65% marks (Pass marks in case of SC, ST, PWD)
Age Limit:Â Minimum -20 years and maximum- 30 years as on 01-04-2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
3. Executive Trainee (Finance & Accounts): 10 Nos. (SC-04, ST-05, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â CA from ICAI OR ICWA from ICWAI (Pass marks in case of SC, ST, PWD)
Age Limit:Â Minimum – 20 years and maximum- 32 years as on 01-04-2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Upper age relaxation:Â SC/ST, OBC, PWD having M.P. domicile and Widow / Divorcee lady candidates / Ex Servicemen and Candidates belonging to the project affected families will get upper age relaxation of 05 years.
Candidates belonging to a reserved category of other state will be considered as General candidates.
Candidates must have good health.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Online Written Exam and Interview. Written Exam will be held at Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore & Gwalior on 29.05.2016 and Personal Interview will be held at Jabalpur.
Candidates selected for the post will be on training for period of one year, and three months training period for (Finance & Accounts). During training period stipend of Rs.15600/- pm will be paid.
