MRPL Recruitment 2023 – Detailed Explanation
Essential Educational Qualification – Candidates have to complete their Diploma/Degree/PG Degree to apply for the Posts. The candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of post-qualification work experience in handling secretarial functions and activities in a listed company* or a company with a turnover of at least a thousand crore in the financial year 2022-23.
Age Limit – Applicants’ Age must be less than 43 Years as of 4th January 2024. Age Relaxation will be applicable as per MRPL.
Application Fees – Candidates belonging to Unreserved and OBC Category must have to send Rs. 118/- as their Application Fees. SC/ ST/ PWBD Candidates don’t need to pay their Application Fees.
Pay Scale – Selected Candidates will be able to receive Rs. 90,000/- to 2,40,000/- Per Month.
Selection Procedure – Candidates will be selected by the Score Achieved in the Personal Interview Test.
Other Instructions –
a) Candidates with relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Sector/Petrochemicals Sector will be given preference.
b) Reserved categories, as specified by the Government of India, will be eligible for applicable concessions.
c) Candidates invited for a personal interview will be reimbursed for travel expenses, limited to 2A Rail fare or bus fare (limited to 2A Rail fare) from the address mentioned in the call letter or the actual place of travel, whichever is less. Proof of travel must be submitted for reimbursement. PwBD category candidates, as per government guidelines, will also be reimbursed for travel costs for one attendant where applicable. Local travel expenses are not eligible for reimbursement and are the responsibility of the candidates.
