MULTI SKILLED WORKER (DRIVER ENGINE STATIC)
No. of Vacancies: 540 Nos. (UR-221, SC-81, ST-40, OBC-145, EWS-53)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent.
ii) Possessing certificate of Mechanic Motor/ Vehicles/ Tractors from Industrial Training Institute/ Industrial Trade Certificate/ National Council for Training in the Vocational Trades/ State Council for Vocational Training.
OR
Passed Class 02 course for Driver Plant and Mechanical Transport as laid down in Defence Service Regulations.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.18000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
The posts are in General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF), Border Roads Organisation (BRO). The selected candidates will be on Probation for the 1st two years.
Candidates awaiting results of the final examination need not apply.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Efficiency Test, Practical Test (Trade Test), Written Test and Medical Examination. The Physical Efficiency Test and Practical Test (Trade Test) will be held at GREF Centre, Pune.
