Department of Posts — Himachal Pradesh Circle, is recruiting 17 Multi Tasking Staff in Postal and Administrative Offices. Notification No. R&E/77-47/2013 dated – 17/06/2013. Matriculation pass candidates may apply for the vacancies. Application is to be made on prescribed application format. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is given below —
MULTI TASKING STAFF
Number of Vacancies: 17 Nos. (Gen—13; OBC—4).

Educational Qualification: Matriculation/ Class 10 pass.
Age Limit: between 18yrs to 27yrs as on last date of application. Upper age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination which will be of Multiple Choice Questions on – General Knowledge, English language, Hindi language and Mathematics. Duration of exam will be 90 minutes.
Exact date and venue will be intimated through Call letters, to the eligible candidates.
The Aptitude Test will be preferably conducted on a common date i.e. 08-09-2013 (tentative subject to availability of accommodation) for all the Postal divisions in Himachal Pradesh centrally at Circle HQ i.e. Shimla.
Selected candidates for the post will be on probation for period of two years.

The Applicants are required to enclose attested copies of all supporting documents, two attested photos and self-addressed envelope with Rs. 40 /-stamp along with the Application.
The envelope containing Application form must be superscribe with the name of the post applied for in bold letters.
Application Fee: The applicants have to deposit Rs.100/- in Unclassified Receipts in any Post Office and submit Original receipt along with application.
Last Date and Address: The Application form along with enclosures must reach on or before 25th July,2013 (30.07.2013 for those residing in Lahaul & Spiti District of Himachal Pradesh and Pangi sub division of Chamba District)
