1. GRADUATE APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Mechanical Engineering: 02 posts
ii) Electrical Engineering: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized University.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years as on 01/05/2018. There will be no upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 4984/- per month.
2. TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Mechanical Engineering: 03 posts
ii) Electrical Engineering: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years as on 01/05/2018. There will be no upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 3542/- per month.
3. PROGRAMMING AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (PASAA)
No. of Vacancies: 139 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed National Trade Certificate Examination in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) in I.T.I.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years as on 01/05/2018. There will be no upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8189/- per month.
Candidates, who have already undergone or undergoing apprenticeship training under Apprentice Act, 1961 in any other Govt. / Public Sector /Private Organisation are not eligible to apply. Candidates, who have training or job experience for a period one year or more after acquiring the prescribe minimum qualification are also not eligible to be engaged as an Apprentice. The candidate should not have completed three years after passing of minimum qualification examination as on 01/05/2018. The selected candidates will be on training for a period of One year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Minimum Qualification, Document Verification and Medical Examination. The selection procedure will be held at ATC office. The tentative date of reporting for selection procedure shall be from 29/05/2018 to 31/05/2018.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.20/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Crossed Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque/ Pay Order drawn in favour of The Board of Trustees of the Port of Mumbai, payable at Mumbai. Fee can also be paid by NEFT.
