Municipal Service Commission (MSC Kolkata), Kolkata is recruiting 15 – Jr. Office Assistant, Field Assistant, Accounts Clerk, Cashier, Work Assistant, Sub-Assistant Engineer (Elect.) and Supervisor. MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMMISSION, KOLKATA INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 15 VARIOUS POSTS. ADVT. NO. 6 OF 2014. LAST DATE – 13/01/2015.

 

1. Junior Office Assistant: 5 posts. (Gen—3; SC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Elementary knowledge of computer typing and computer operation is desirable.

 

2. Field Assistant: 2 posts. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Elementary knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

 

3. Accounts Clerk: 1 post (Gen)
Qualification: B.Com pass. Elementary knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

 

4. Cashier: 1 post. (Gen)
Qualification: B.Com pass. Elementary knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

 

5. Work Assistant: 3 posts (Gen—2; SC—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Elementary knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

 

6. Sub-Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 1 post. (Gen)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Desirable — At least one year experience in the field and knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

 

7. Supervisor: 2 posts. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

 

Age Limit (Applicable to all posts): Between 18yrs and 40yrs as on 01-01-2014. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.9000—40500 with Grade Pay: Rs.4400 for the post of Sub-Assistant Engineer (Elect.) and Rs.9000—40500 with Grade Pay: Rs.4580/- for the post of Supervisor. For rest of all other posts – Rs.5400-25200 with Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-

Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply for any one of the above mentioned posts shall pay Application Fee of Rs.150/- and Processing fee of Rs.50/-, i.e. total Rs.200/-. Fee can be paid through bank by means of fee challan.

No Application Fee for SC/ST and PWD category however such candidates shall pay Processing fee of Rs.50/- only.

Interested candidates should submit online Application form on or before 13.01.2015. Upon submission of online application, the fee payment challan will be generated. Candidates must print-out the fee Challan and shall deposit the above prescribed Application Fee to the bank by 16.01.2015. Once the candidate deposit the Application Fee, they should re-open their online application and shall mention the fee details on or before 20.01.2015. That is the whole process of submission of Application is to be completed by 20.01.2015.
