- ASSISTANT PLANNER

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Urban /Town / Regional / Country Planning.
Experience: One year experience in Town Or Urban Planning.
Desirable: Knowledge in Computer aided architectural drawing and ideas on Geo Information System.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – Rs.42,000 and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
- JUNIOR ASSISTANT PLANNER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Architecture with minimum 60% marks.
Candidate having higher qualification in Architecture or Graduate Degree holder in
Regional and Urban Planning or Town and Country Planning or City Planning or Regional Planning or Urban Design or Transportation Planning or equivalent from recognized University or Institute, may also apply.Desirable: Three years’ experience in Architecture and Planning in addition, knowledge of Auto CAD, 3D Modeling Software and MS Office Experience in relevant fields of works and Computer Aided Architectural Drawing and Urban Design and Planning principles with special reference to dealing with Special Date on GIS with good report writing and representation skills, Knowledge in ArcGIS.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.

- WORK ASSISTANT

- LOWER DIVISION CLERK

Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent with60% markspass marks.

Computer typing speed of 30 wpm in English, knowledge of Bengali Computer typing.

Pay Scale: Rs.5,400- Rs.25,200 Grade Pay – Rs. 2,600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Personality Test / Interview.
